Luxury apartment building, with 24 hour doorman, outdoor pool in the courtyard garden, gym (to be updated with new facilities this month), laundry on each floor
Room: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths on 5th floor. The living room is now open for rent. You are going share 1 bathroom with the girl in guest bedroom. The living room is very spacious (one full sun-room is fully annexed to the living room as the wall has been removed), bright (facing south to the courtyard garden). And you can also have the closet outside the guest bedroom.
Rent: $653 per month
Utilities: all utilities are shared equally among us three; internet is 13.34 per month per person; all others are about $35-$55 per month per person
Your roommates: two full-time professional/ students in design field, female, late 20s, 都会说中文
Open house: Saturday or Sunday 1-2 pm, by appointment
Etiquettes that apply to all residents:
1. We only accept minimum overnight stay guest, 10 days per year, only close family members, as to avoid pressure on baths and kitchen. (the girl in the master bedroom is exempt for her long-term boyfriend, and she is not very often home)
2. The sound proof is poor, and pls keep quiet 11pm - 6 am in the public space, no loud music, phone calls and loud kitchen activities
3. Pls keep it as a kitchen rule to clean right after cook, and no food or remains or dirty dishes to be left open in the air.
We are hoping to find:
1. Girls only
2. Long-term only
3. Fulltime professional or student only. It means that we don't accept someone who work from home
4. Similar to our age, mature and considerate
